Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain close contact with all customers to support our client's supply chain needs.

Compensation:

• Salary + Commission

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a client portfolio providing client cost savings while increasing profitability
• Ability to sell and negotiate with mid-level management
• Continuously prospect & hunt new opportunities to develop a diverse client portfolio through high-volume outbound calls and occasional onsite visits
• Manage your client’s daily shipments
• Proactively communicate, providing excellent customer service
• Identify & uncover organic growth opportunities within your client portfolio
• Continuously achieve Customer Sales Rep metrics and KPIs
• Ability to negotiate pricing with clients and prospective clients
• Willingness to learn, grow and adapt to a changing industry.
• Ability to close deals with prospective clients
• Occasionally assist with carrier campaigning and coverage support

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated success in a proactive sales environment
